Good systems shouldn't
make work harder.

Built around the people doing the work. A focused product concept for procedures, work instructions, forms, and the training that goes with them.

01 / DOCUMENTS

A home for your know-how.

Make approved procedures available at the point of work. Search on a floor device or scan a document’s QR label to open the current released revision. Access requires a connection and an authorized account.

03 / TRAINING

Connect learning to work.

Assign training to one person, a selected group, or everyone. Each person has a separate completion record. Prepare group emails and see assignments in the app.

Built with real work in mind

Simple on the surface.
Thoughtful underneath.

Doc N Order is shaped by Dennis Ventimiglia's experience with industrial procedures, safety training, and ISO 9001 internal audits.

The aim is straightforward: make the everyday work easy while giving administrators a structured way to manage the details.

↳

Your information stays yours.

The planned license model keeps ownership of documents, photos, and revision records with the customer.

↳

Security belongs in the foundation.

Role-based access, company data separation, authenticated approvals, and tested backup and recovery are production requirements. Validation is still ahead.

↳

Support your quality system.

The intended workflow supports document control and training records. Standards mapping and validation remain in progress; no ISO certification or guaranteed conformity is claimed.

A few useful answers

Clear from
the start.

Is Doc N Order ready to use in my company?

It is currently an interactive product prototype. You can explore the concept, but production deployment, billing, licensing, authenticated approvals, and live backups still require implementation and testing. Do not rely on the prototype for company records.

Do I have to keep paying to use my documents?

Under the planned perpetual-license model, the purchased software version continues working if optional support is not renewed. Customers retain ownership of their records. Future updates and compatibility are separate from continued use of the purchased version.

Can employees complete training by email or in the app?

Both paths are part of the planned workflow. Training will need to connect the assigned person, the exact procedure revision, and a completion record. Automated email delivery and verified completion are not live in this website walkthrough.

Does the software make my company ISO compliant?

No. Software alone does not establish conformity or certification. Doc N Order is being developed to support document and training workflows; standards mapping, product validation, and your organization's own quality processes are still required.

Can we bring over existing procedures?

Document migration is a planned, separately quoted service starting at $500. Quantity, file formats, condition, and the agreed scope determine the final cost.

Who controls document printing?

Only an administrator can enable or disable printing in the app for a released document revision. Printing starts disabled, including for each new revision. Allowed app printouts identify the revision and are marked uncontrolled when printed. Browser controls cannot prevent screenshots or printing previously downloaded files.

Do you offer in-person training?

Software onboarding is remote: video calls, guided setup, and help materials. No on-site visits are included. Your organization delivers its own employee job training and competence assessments; Doc N Order helps assign that training and track the records.

Where will the software run?

The working license plan is for customer-hosted deployment. Installation requirements and supported infrastructure remain to be finalized. Company IT would operate and verify backups; those capabilities still require implementation and testing.
